Hola! I'm Anita Martinez Espinosa, your dedicated, friendly, and client-focused REALTOR.
I was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and raised in Montgomery, Texas, aka the Lake Conroe area, I do take immense pride in representing both my Mexican and Texan heritage. I am fluent in both Spanish and English, but I cherish the opportunity to connect with all individuals throughout the diverse Greater Houston area communities that I surround.
Growing up in a small town, my family and I often ventured beyond our local city limits to visit or shop, granting me valuable insights into neighboring towns and cities. This familiarity has become a tremendous asset in my real estate career now, particularly in the northern suburban area of Houston.
Before fulfilling my passion for real estate, I dedicated 18 years to a specialty pharmacy, where I honed my exceptional customer service skills, and I can honestly express that customer service is my specialty. For more than a decade, however, I had nurtured the dream of becoming a Realtor. I'm now overjoyed to be living that dream. Another recent and exciting milestone, has been joining the United Real Estate-Houston family where I know I will have infinite possibilities to elevate myself and sky rocket my career as a Realtor.
During this time in the industry, I've strived to learn as much as I can and eagerly assist clients at every level with their real estate endeavors. Therefore, I endlessly welcome the opportunity to work with anyone who is serious about embarking on their real estate journey with me.
